There he comes and shakes his head
Witnessing my sorrow.
He so deeply understands
Every tear of mine.
I've been cold to my best friend
But his pride he swallows.
Always there's his helping hand.
Never hard to find.

There's no passion, there's no lust,
No caress or kisses.
Just two minds with total trust
In each other's word.
Building Future, sharing Past,
Making art and business,
Taking Present as a must
In the plans of God.

Girlfriends never are much wise
When it comes to Silence.
But give me the best advice
His cool wisdom can:
Do be there, yet keep aside,
Quiet care asylum.
No emotions driving wild -
That's a real true friend.

Not always he's been like this -
We have made each other.
We faced times when an abyss
Stretched between our souls.
We have gone through War and Peace,
Enemies and Lovers...
Now we keep it as it is -
Friends who mean the world...

No, I don't want women's sighs
When I deal with problems,
Nor I need their holy lies,
Actings to pretend...
When I need to bring back smiles,
Make all griefs be over,
I seek strength in my friend's eyes.
My Best Friend's a Man...
